Update from Evolv’s CEO

Hi, I’m Mike Ellenbogen, Evolv’s cofounder, interim president and CEO, and member of the board of directors. As we close out 2024, I come to you directly with some positive news and updates on Evolv’s progress and the momentum we’re gaining heading into next year.

The journey we are on with our users continues to underscore the efficacy of our products. They work. And they’re helping to keep people and communities safe.

A few highlights from the year include:

• Launched Evolv eXpedite™, an autonomous AI-based weapons detection system for bags
• Launched Evolv Eva™, a personal safety app.
• Surpassed over 850 customers – becoming the security of choice for hundreds of schools, arenas, hospitals, stadiums, and houses of worship across America.
• And our flagship product, Evolv Express®, is now screening over three million people per day.

We hear stories from customers often where a potential incident was prevented, including several recent events at schools across the country where weapons were detected by the Evolv Express.

And that, at the end of the day, is our core mission.
