Evolv Eva provides 24/7 access to a live agent to assist when users may feel unsafe. Agents can help guide users to safety, stay on the line with them and connect users to emergency services, as needed. Users can contact an agent via text, video or audio call from the Eva app.
Users can set up check-in intervals and will receive a notification at the end of the defined time. If they fail to respond to the notification, a live agent will follow up and take further action, as needed.
Users can anonymously report security incidents or concerns to their security team via the Eva app. The security team can choose what action to take. This aims to reduce call volumes and support actionable insights to be pulled from the data over time.
Users can set up their personal safety circle of friends, family, colleagues, and managers who they can communicate with confidentially and can be notified automatically if a safety incident occurs for that user.
Eva’s administrative dashboard offers comprehensive insights into app usage, live agent usage, safety incident reports and trends, helping allow organizations to monitor and work to improve their security posture. Also provides 1-click access to Evolv customer support.
Eva can be white labeled and customized to reflect your organization’s branding. It also allows you to select which features to turn on or off. Other customizations include report incident types and reporting locations, and incident escalation paths based on emergency contacts.
