Now, any customer’s MyEvolv admin can tap directly into the data their Evolv Express systems to generate and use it in the way that best supports their operations.

Many customers use the portal dashboards available, but some may want to upload this data into tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other internal systems. We understand this need, and we’ve responded with the Data Extract API, which allows users to integrate Evolv Express data from the MyEvolv Portal.

Two Simple Ways to Access Your Data

With the Data Extract API, users have two easy options:

• Download a CSV for quick, manual data access
• Use the API to regularly and automatically pull data into internal dashboards with regular updates.

Data Available Through the API

Users can extract rich operational and security‑relevant data, including:

• Scanner Information: location, scanner name, time zone
• Scan Data: visitor counts, alerts, scan start times
• Tags: categories such as gun, knife, benign items
• Account Events: event name, start/end time, category
